Real me, OPPO, OnePlus and Huawei offers extended warranty during Lock down period

Indian Govt announced a nationwide lockdown to prevent the spread of covid 19,  which created issues for the mobile users who are looking to repair their devices. It is becoming more difficult for users whose devices are near the end of their warranty period. In this difficult time, some mobile brands announced to extend their warranty on their products.

OnePlus Wednesday announced it will extend the warranty of the products till May 31, whose warranty expires between March 1 and May 30. The company also extends the return period from 15 days to 30 days. OnePlus will also provide free 2-way shipping for all the returns, repair and replacements.

 

Realme also announced a similar warranty extension program for its product. Realme extended warranty till 31st May, for the products whose warranty expiring between 20th March – 30th April. The company also extended its replacement period to 30days for devices purchased between 15th March – 30th March. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth shared this news on his twitter also asked people to stay indoors.

 

OPPO India has similarly announced its support by extending the warranty for its products. Company extended warranty till 31st May, for the product whose warranty expires from 23rd March till 30th May 2020. OPPO also extended the warranty for accessories charger, data cable, earphone, and battery, etc.

 

Similarly, Huawei announced devices whose warranty expires between March 21 to June 21 will get an extended warranty till Jun 30. Devices live smartwatch, smartphones, and chargers, etc will be eligible for the extended warranty.
